🔁 Return, Refund, Upgrade & Warranty Policy

We at Daikcell India are committed to ensuring a reliable post-purchase experience for our customers. This document outlines the complete policy on returns, refunds, replacements, upgrades, and warranty, including real-world usage scenarios and our official terms.

📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS:

✅ Return Eligibility:

You can return a product within 30 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and documentation are intact

• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

• Products that are used, mishandled, or damaged by the customer

• Items with missing parts or serial number tampering

• Discounted or promotional items — these are non-refundable

• Refunds are not applicable once a product is used or installed

💰 Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved

• Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

• Cancellation is not possible once the item is packed or shipped

• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 business days

🛡️ WARRANTY POLICY (1 + 4 YEARS)

All Daikcell Automatic Voltage Stabilizers are backed by:

• 1-Year Replacement Warranty

• 4-Year Extended Service Warranty
  (Total: 5 Years, when registered within 7 days of delivery)

🔒 Warranty Activation:

• You must register your warranty within 7 days of delivery

• If not registered, only the 1-Year Replacement Warranty is applicable

📌 Warranty Terms & Conditions

Daikcell India warrants to the original domestic purchaser that the Automatic Voltage Stabilizer is free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year of replacement + 4 years of extended service from the date of purchase.

➤ Covered Under Warranty:

• Manufacturing defects only

➤ Not Covered:

• Physical or accidental damage

• Water damage

• Electrical surges or improper installations

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Overload damage (see examples below)

➤ Liability:

• Daikcell is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss

➤ Unauthorized Handling:

• Warranty is void if the stabilizer has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel

⚡ Overload Scenarios – Examples:

• Example 1: Using a 5 KVA stabilizer to operate two air conditioners exceeds capacity and may lead to failure. Use a 10 KVA instead.

• Example 2: Operating a 2 HP or higher motor over 200+ feet distance on a 5 KVA stabilizer may result in failure. Use 10 KVA.

• Example 3: Running two ACs on an 8 KVA stabilizer may also cause overload. A 10 KVA stabilizer is recommended.

⚠️ Additional Clause:

• No refunds will be processed for products purchased at discounted or promotional prices.

🔁 REPLACEMENT POLICY:

🟢 One Time Replacement:

• At 0% - Free replacement provided

• Note: Pickup & Drop arranged at no extra cost

🟡 Second Time Replacement:

• Within Replacement Warranty:

  • No Cost on the Product

  • Customer must pay for one-way Courier Charges, which depends on the Location & Weight of the Product.

🔁 After Warranty Peroid:

• If the product has already been replaced once:

  • Customer bears full both-way Courier Charges

  • Along with the Repair Cost, which depend on the product conditions.

Note: 2nd Replacement Onwards, both side Courier Chages will be from the Customer side only.

🔄 UPGRADE POLICY:

Want to switch to a higher model? We offer flexible product upgrades.

🔹 Eligibility:

• Product must be functional and undamaged

• Must fall under upgrade period (see table)

💸 Upgrade Charges:

Example: Upgrading from a ₹10,000 model to a ₹15,000 model:

• Within 3 months:

  • Price difference = ₹5,000

  • Upgrade Fee = ₹1000 (10% of previous model)

  • Total = ₹6,000 + One-side Courier Charges 

• Between 3–6 months:

  • Upgrade Fee = ₹2,000 (20%)

  • Total = ₹7,000 + One-side Courier Charges 

📦 Upgrade Process:

1. WhatsApp us at +91-89540 21654 with:

   • Order ID

   • Current model and desired model

   • Purchase date

2. We will calculate your upgrade amount

3. After payment:

   • We'll arrange pickup

   • Your upgraded model will be shipped in 6–7 working days post pickup
