Warranty Registration:

Please register your purchase with us by filling out the Warranty Registration Form available at the Website’s Warranty Registration Page. This helps us serve you better and ensures a smooth warranty process.

Warranty Claims

Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, please utilize our Warranty Claim form on the same registration page. Our team will promptly review your claim and assist you accordingly.

Replacement Process

In the event that your replacement request is approved:

• We’ll organize a pickup of the defective unit from the address used for your original order delivery.
• Our courier partners will contact you directly to arrange the pickup. Once the old unit is collected, kindly share the pickup receipt with us.
• Upon receipt of the pickup receipt, we’ll arrange to dispatch the new unit to the same address and provide you with the courier tracking details.

Please note:

• We offer a one-time replacement for manufacturing defects.
• Requests for replacement beyond this will incur a charge of 30% of the original purchase price, whether within or outside the warranty period.

Return and Refund Policy

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we allow customers to replace a product within 7 days of delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Daikcell India warrants to the original domestic purchaser of the Automatic Voltage Stabilizer that it is free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 + 4 years from the date of purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Covered Under Warranty: We cover only manufacturing defects under warranty.
2. Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, burning, unauthorized service, repairs, or tampering voids the warranty.
3. Exempt Circumstances: Damage caused by accident, alteration, misuse, natural calamities, or any act of God is not covered.
4. Liability: The company is not liable for incidental or consequential damage; we replace within the 1-year warranty period.
5. Exclusion: Damages to the cabinet or due to overloading are not covered.
