At that point, you’ll have the choice to either await restocking of the back-ordered of the back-ordered item or prefer to process a refund.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier if possible and promptly contact our customer service for assistance.
Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of the goods on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that import duties and taxes may be imposed upon arrival in your destination country. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with these potential costs before placing your order with us. Failure to settle duties and taxes upon arrival could lead to the goods being returned to us at your expense. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping costs. During this process if parcel is damaged you have to bear 50% of charges.
