Warranty Instructions

We value your trust in Daikcell India Private Limited and aim to ensure your experience with our products is seamless. To maximize the benefits of your warranty, please follow these instructions:

1. Warranty Registration: Register your purchase within 7 days by filling out the Warranty Registration Form available on our Warranty Registration Page. This helps us serve you better and ensures a smooth warranty process.
2. Product Liability. The Company has no Liability (and there is no basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim, or demand against any of them giving rise to any Liability) arising out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of the ownership, possession, or use of any product manufactured, sold, leased, or delivered by the Company.

Return and Refund Policy

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we allow customers to replace a product within 7 days of delivery. We cover only manufacturing defects under a 1-year replacement warranty. For more information, please read our terms and conditions below.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

In case you want to return a product due to a change of mind, and if you meet all our terms and conditions, we’ll arrange for picking up your old unit from the address you provided during registration – the same address where your order was delivered. Please note that you will need to bear the courier charges.

Return Policy Criteria

If the product is not working after the first replacement within 7 days, we will provide a refund after deducting the replacement delivery charges.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the size/weight of the product.

Product Return Process

• Eligibility Criteria: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return policy criteria. This includes unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Guidelines

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for products returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or do not meet our return policy criteria.

Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they are already processed.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, contact our customer service team with your order details within the specified timeframe. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Terms and Conditions

Daikcell India warrants to the original domestic purchaser of the Automatic Voltage Stabilizer that it is free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year of replacement plus 4 years of warranty from the date of purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Register: Register your warranty  with us within 7 days post delivery. Failure to do so will result in a default 1-year replacement warranty.
2. Covered Under Warranty: We cover only manufacturing defects under warranty.
3. Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, burning, unauthorized service, repairs, or tampering voids the warranty.
4. Exempt Circumstances: Damage caused by accident, alteration, misuse, natural calamities, or any act of God is not covered.
5. Liability: The company is not liable for incidental or consequential damage. We replace within the 1-year period.
6. Unauthorized Personnel: If the equipment has been serviced, repaired, opened, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel, the warranty is void.
7. Additional Conditions: This warranty does not cover damages caused to the cabinet or any trouble arising from misuse of the stabilizer by overloading or repair affected by unauthorized persons.

Replacement Process

If your replacement request is approved, we’ll arrange for picking up your old unit from the address you provided during registration – the same address where your order was delivered. Our courier partners will contact you directly to coordinate the pickup. Once they’ve collected the old unit, let us know and share the pickup receipt they provide. Once we have the receipt, we’ll swiftly arrange for the delivery of your new unit to the same address and update you with its courier tracking details.

• One-Time Replacement: 0%
• Second-Time Onwards Replacement: Both side courier charges only

Upgrading Process

If a customer wishes to upgrade to a newer model, they will be required to pay the price difference between the new and old products, along with any applicable pickup charges. Once payment is settled, we will organize the pickup of the customer’s old product and dispatch the upgraded model. The entire process is expected to take approximately 6 to 7 days.
